Individual Therapy
As your therapist my approach to therapy primarily incorporates motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and cognitive behavioral strategies. I view therapy as a short-term intervention, with the possibility of occasional refreshers depending on life circumstances. My goal is to help clients recognize and understand their emotions, allowing them to process how these feelings influence their lives. While working through emotions can be challenging, it can also be deeply liberating. As a client, you will engage in therapeutic exercises designed to help you reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and feelings. You will also build a personalized coping toolbox to support emotional regulation and resilience. Most importantly, you will gain valuable insights into yourself and your personal growth journey.
Contract & Consulting Services
R.I. offers contract services for behavioral health assessments and clinical case management, providing comprehensive evaluations and tailored support to meet the unique needs of individuals and organizations. Our assessments help identify strengths, challenges, and the most effective interventions, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care and resources.
In addition, we provide consultation services in key areas such as mental health services, case management, program coordination, direct patient care, and social work education. Our expertise supports organizations in developing best practices, streamlining service delivery, and enhancing the overall quality of care. Whether you need guidance on program development, training, or strategic planning, we are committed to helping you create impactful solutions that foster positive outcomes.
Exploratory Session: $75 per session up to 45 minutes.
Social Work Clinical Supervision
Dr. Burrell offers clinical supervision for social workers. Guidance and support to enhance professional growth and competency in the field. Dr. Burrell's supervision services help clinicians refine their skills, navigate complex cases, and apply best practices in ethical decision-making. Through a structured and collaborative approach, she empower social workers to strengthen their clinical expertise, develop confidence in their practice, and meet licensing or certification requirements.
